otherwear is a members-only perfume club. Roughly every 3 months we make a new world: one scent built around a theme, made only for the people in the club. There are 150 spots. Nobody outside the club can buy it, and once a world is made, it's never made again.

The theme stays secret until it's in members' hands.
It's made for anyone who wants to wear it, guys and girls alike. And it smells like somewhere you've always wanted to go, which is a long way from the usual florals.

The perfume
50ml of eau de parfum. We go back and forth on samples until it smells right.
The case
Designed and 3D printed by us for every world, so it looks like it came from there.
Postcards and stickers
Drawn by an artist we commission for each release. New world, new artist.
Your number
Every bottle is numbered out of 150, one for each member. Nobody outside the club gets one.
And one more thing
Every world comes with one extra piece that only makes sense in that world. It's different every time. We're keeping world 01's a surprise until you open it.
How the club works
Join with your email and card. It's a subscription, but nothing is charged when you join.
The club opens once 50 people have joined. If we never get there, we call it off and nobody pays a penny.
Each time a new world drops, we email you first, then charge you when your bottle is packed and ready to post. Leave the club whenever you like and you won't be charged again.
There are only 150 spots, one per person and one per card. When it's full, it's full. If someone leaves, the next person on the waitlist gets their spot.

Why we're doing this
One of us got into limited-run perfume and the other one wanted in, but everything out there seemed to lean one way. We wanted scents that felt like a place or a mood, ones either of us would actually wear, and that came in a box you'd want to keep.
So we're making them. Each one is small, numbered and made to order, and we put way too much time into every detail.

Is it for men or women?
Both. Every world is made to be worn by anyone.
How often do worlds drop?
Roughly every 3 months. We email members before each one, and before any charge.
Can I buy a world without joining?
No. Worlds are only made for club members. There's no shop and no restock.
Can I leave?
Any time. Reply to any of our emails or write to hello@otherwear.store and you won't be charged again.
Can I join more than once?
No. It's one spot per person and one per card, so 150 different people get in.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Not yet. UK only for now.
